Royal Musselburgh, the scheduled venue for the Cup Final, is likely to remain closed for several days following the recent snow.  With low temperatures forecast for the rest of this week it is uncertain whether the course will be open and playable in time for Sunday's final.

Therefore the decision has been taken to switch the final to North Berwick West Links, the planned venue for next year's final.  It is hoped that Royal Musselburgh will be able to stage the 2019 final instead.

The league is grateful to North Berwick GC, who have made the tee available at short notice.  The final will start at 10.30 this Sunday 11th March.
