Castle Park completed a successful league campaign when they won at Musselburgh Old on Sunday to claim the 2nd Division title with a match to spare.

Congratulations go to Stuart Johnston and his team who found the right blend of youth and experience (and not a little talent) to make sure their club finished at the top of the pile.

With one match to go they remain unbeaten in their league campaign and will be keen to protect their record when they entertain third placed Glen on Sunday - and that won't be a formality with Glen (the only team not to have lost to Castle Park this term) still in with a slim chance of promotion.

So next season it will be uncharted territory as the Castle Park youngsters look forward to a first ever campaign in the top flight, and a chance to go toe to toe with Gullane and the rest..
