Tantallon are the first team through to the Cup quarter final after a mix up with tee time bookings led to Craigielaw forfeiting their 1st round match.

But Fraser Symon's team must wait until 15th Feb to play their quarter final away to either Gifford or Musselburgh Old.  With overnight snow forecast tomorrow's match at Gifford has been postponed, and the match will not now be played until early February.

But the weekend still promises some intriguing clashes with a resurgent North Berwick due to host Longniddry, whilst Kilspindie travel to Dunbar.  Div 2 leaders Haddington visit top flight strugglers Glen, but the pick of the 1st round matches has to be the Musselburgh derby at Monktonhall.

League leaders Gullane are hot favouites at home to lowly Thorntree.  Castle Park vs Whitekirk is difficult to call, but perhaps the most likely outcome is for the snow to prevail.
