Gifford continued their impressive run of form when they sent Division 2 champions Tantallon crashing out of the Cup on Sunday.

Colin Thomson's team, unbeaten at home this season, showed once again they are no longer content as one of the teams left fighting for the scraps in East Lothian competition.  Indeed it was only an untimely reverse away to Kilspindie at the start of January that prevented them from seriously challenging for promotion this year.

Their reward is a semi final match up with double league champions Gullane. And if Gifford can keep their unbeaten home record in tact on Sunday they will become the first unpromoted side to reach a Cup Final.

In the other half of the draw North Berwick host Musselburgh looking to avenge their home league defeat to the same opponents earlier this month.
