Unfortunately East Lothian won't be in the running for the title when the final round of matches in the South East Counties league takes place on Sunday.

But our lads will be trying their best to spoil the West Lothian party as this season's abbreviated competition reaches its climax at Musselburgh.  West beat Fife on home soil a fortnight ago to move in to pole position, as a 2-2 draw between East and Mid took both teams out of the running.

So West can take the title with a draw at Musselburgh, or even a defeat - should Fife fail to close a three point "goal difference".  But East will be looking to make home advantage count and deliver the win that leaves Fife in with a shout.

Play starts at 11.00 this Sunday 10th November at Musselburgh.
