With some colder weather forecast as we head deeper into the winter we thought it would be a good idea to issue a reminder of the procedures to follow if your course is closed (or at risk of closure) ahead of a match.

We have a busy fixture list and a lot of people are committed to playing golf on a scheduled match day, so there's a focus on getting matches played wherever possible.  If cancellation is likely communication is key, so get in touch with your opposing match manager early to let them know your thoughts.

If you do need to reschedule, make sure you get a new date in the diary as early as possible to help get the league back on track.  The attached guidelines should keep you right.  Please refer also to the league rules.
