A home win for Royal Musselburgh was good enough to keep the eleven times champions on top of the Division 1 table as title contenders North Berwick and Gullane played out a stalemate at North Berwick.  But the league leaders must take something from their visit to the same venue next Sunday if they are to top the table at Christmas - defeat will allow North Berwick to take over the number 1 spot.

Meanwhile Craigielaw came away with the points from their visit to Thorntree, ensuring that they stay on top of Division 2 at the seasonal break.  Haddington could join them in the promotion places with a win at The Racetrack next Sunday.
