With the Scottish Government’s decision NOT to move East Lothian out of Level 3 COVID restrictions this week, the Competitions Committee has, like last week, taken the decision to suspend matches scheduled for this Sunday 15th November.

The matches affected this time are Haddington vs Gullane; Craigielaw vs Tantallon; Royal Musselburgh vs Longniddry (all Div 1) and Winterfield vs Kilspindie (Cup). All of these matches are to be rearranged for Sunday 29th November (subject to course availability).

The Div 2 match between Musselburgh Old and Musselburgh is also postponed, and is to be rescheduled for Sunday 24th January.

The Cup match between Haddington and Musselburgh (24th Jan) is therefore also postponed, and a new date is to be announced at a later date.

Scottish Govt is due to review the restrictions on each Local Authority area on a weekly basis, with the next review due Tuesday 17th Nov. A further decision will be made following the government’s announcement.
